2017 Honda CR-V Tells Civic, Accord To Move Aside

By  |

This year, it was the Honda Civic and the Accord who topped the list of best-selling models. Honda has these two vehicles to thank for its sales growth for the year.

However, the Honda CR-V has never been lacking when it comes to sales figures. This time around, the latest CR-V has managed to impress the market and attract enough buyers to place it as Honda’s new sales leader.

Despite Honda recorded an overall 2 percent decrease, the 2017 Honda CR-V marked a 4.4 percent increase, with a total number of sales of 30,306 units.

Honda’s major models went through some pretty rough time this year which lead to a decrease in its overall sales figure. These models consisted of the Accord, Civic, Odyssey and the Pilot large crossover.

The sales figure of the Accord stood at 25,551 sales this year, which is a 15 percent drop from its previous figure. The Civic, on the other hand, recorded a 5 percent decrease amounting to 26,359 total numbers of sales.

Well, it sure seems like Honda is going through a bumpy patch right now but at least it still has the Honda CR-V that is proven to still be successful.
