The 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo S and the 911 GT3 RS was recently pitted against each other in an out-of-the-world drag race and it was nothing short of impressive.

When you compare these vehicles, the driver of the Turbo S Neunelfer don’t have to worry about taking on a GT3 RS in a straight line. Aside from its 60hp advantage, both these machines come with 3.1 kg per hp.

However, it is the distance in torque that makes all the difference. The Turbo S’s 553 lb-ft of torque is 290 lb-ft more than what the naturally aspirated 4.0-liter boxer of the Rennsport model offers.

These two models went head-on-head on a Swedish airfield, with lots of space to really show their full potential. Looking at the slim number gap between the Turbo S and GT3 RS, the drivers had called the shots to not take any further risk.

Well, are you ready to watch this intensifying drag race?
