Alfa Romeo will be bringing its all-new 2018 Stelvio series to the 2017 New York Auto Show. The SUV will be coming in three trim levels: Stelvio, Stelvio Ti and Stelvio Quadrifoglio (image above).
Both the Stelvio and Stelvio Ti variants will be featuring the Q4 AWD system and they will be powered by a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine churning out 280hp and 306 lb-ft of torque.
Meanwhile, the top of the range sits the Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio. This model will be employing a 2.9L twin-turbo V6 mill, capable of 505hp and 443 lb-ft of torque. The Quadrifoglio will also come with Q4 AWD system but this model differs significantly from its other two counterparts.
Aside that, the Quadrifoglio comes standard with 20-inch wheels along with Brembo brakes. It also employs the Alfa DNA Pro with Race Mode and adjustable performance suspension, torque-vectoring differential, high performance leather and Alcantara seats.
Although the pricing for the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio lineup has not been announced, many folks have voiced out over on forum threads that Alfa Romeo’s latest seems more like a very expensive version of Mazda’s CX-5 with more power.
