Chevrolet’s all-new Corvette ZR1 has been spotted on the Nurburgring track and this model is said to be a late prototype version of the new ZR1.
The 2018 model will be gaining a different hood along with an aggressive looking front splitter with matching side sills. It will also employ a front bumper with large air intakes, a clean diffuser at its back.
The most enticing element on this model is its monstrous wing that appears as if it came right from a GT3 sportscar. According to a report by CarScoops, Chevy may be offering the all-new ZR1 in two different aero packages and the one caught on camera here is the edgier one.
Under the hood, the model may most likely be employing a new twin-turbo V8 called LT5 or an upgraded variant of the 06’s supercharged mill capable of churning out more than 700hp.
This is a potent race car and if you’re dying to see how well it rides around the ‘ring, just click play and crank up your volume!
