During the Geneva Motor Show, Ford unveiled its brand new Fiesta ST and although the latest version doesn’t differ drastically from the last one, there is some pretty interesting revamps under the hood.
The 2018 Fiesta’s engine configuration now comes with a 1.5L three-cylinder turbo which Ford claims will churn out more power and torque output levels compared to the 1.6L four-cylinder turbo found in the previous model.
With this, the model gains a 17 horsepower boost to a total 197 horsepower while the torque output has been yanked up to 213 lb-ft from its previous 177 lb-ft of torque.
However, it looks like fans aren’t all that happy with how the model looks inside – especially with the way the infotainment display has been positioned in the model.
We’ve noticed that this layout has started becoming a trend among automakers but buyers don’t like it as they feel it doesn’t look seamless.
It basically looks like a tablet just sitting on the dash which most folks seem to believe that it was thrown in at the last moment. Well, will this swerve you away from nabbing this model?
