2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk: Devil On Wheels?

By  |

The 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk has finally made its big debut at the 2017 New York Auto Show and this model has successfully nabbed the world’s most potent SUV spot.

The Hellcat-powered Jeep Grand Cherokee is capable of churning out 707 horsepower and 645 lb-ft or torque. With this kind of power, the Jeep is able to record a 0 to 60mph in just 3.5 seconds and completes a quarter mile in 11.6 seconds with an astounding top speed of 180mph.

This Jeep is so powerful that it even surpasses the Bentley Bentayga in a couple of aspects!

The Grand Cherokee Trackhawk comes equipped with a 6.2-liter of supercharged V8 mill mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Aside that, the model has a capable 15.75-inch Brembo brakes along with a strong rear axle, quad exhaust setup and functional cold air scoop.

This all-new Grand Cherokee is definitely an exciting ride – one that even we can’t wait to try out – but we can’t help but wonder how scary would it be to have that much power riding on that height. How do you feel about this?

Despite trademark elsewhere – I’d have to say THIS is the ultimate driving machine – or at least quite a feat of automotive engineering. Muscle Car, Sports Car, Luxury Cruiser, Towing Beast, throw all your stuff in the back, all wheel drive, blow away that smug little 911 driver sitting next to you at the light – all rolled in one bundle for the perfect vehicle. Heck the only two things missing are flight mode (almost there) and submersible.
I’d get in line for this one.
