The Kia Stinger GT made its debut at the North American International Auto Show and it was nothing short of impressive with its looks.
Kia’s new rear-wheel-drive sedan is a revolution for the brand as the styling of the model seems to edge in closer to higher-end manufacturers such as BMW or Audi.
According to The Verge, the new Stinger GT will be fitted with a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 engine worth 365 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. This vehicle is said to be able to do a 0-60 mph in about 5.1 seconds.
However, it’s pretty sad that the Kia Stinger GT will only be coming with an eight-speed automatic transmission with no option for a manual transmission. Well, that seems to be the trend for sport sedans these days, so we can’t really complain.
It sure looks like Kia has finally delivered on its promise of a rear wheel drive sedan and this model could finally give the brand the respect it truly deserves.
