Audi may be one of the few automakers who manages to successfully sell a sedan, the A4, but the increasingly growing SUV market is one that can’t be ignored.

Situated right smack between the Audi Q3 and the Audi Q5, the all-new Audi Q4 for the 2019MY will be rivaling against the Range Rover Evoque and the BMW X2.

Audi’s Rupert Stadler stated that, “We offered a preview of this type of vehicle with the Audi TT offroad concept study three years ago,” as reported by AutoGuide.

The 2019 Audi Q4 will be working side-by-side the Audi Q8 as part of the automaker’s effort to “significantly rejuvenate” its lineup.

That’s not all – Audi’s smallest SUV, the Q2, will also be included in that expansion as the automaker revealed that the model will be arriving to new markets.

By 2020, Audi guarantees that it will produce three new electric vehicles to expand its lineup further.
