Apple’s iPhone 6s’ Battery Issue: Just The Tip Of The Iceberg

By  |

It’s evident that Apple’s iPhones have been declining in their quality; the most recent example is the iPhone 6s’ widespread battery issue. However, this may just be the tip of the iceberg.

Device diagnostics firm Blancco revealed that Apple smartphone users have been experiencing 62 percent of failure rate. This figure is so high that it even surpasses Android’s 47 percent.

However, this data was collected back in Q4 2016. The company says that iPhone’s failure rates have been on the rise but it is the iPhone 6 that won the title of the worst performance of the series. Meanwhile, Samsung was the worst in the Android universe with its 27 percent in Q4 2016.

That said, failure, in this study, simply means a device has failed to work as promised. As a result, the study had even incorporated app crashes in its final score.

Well, take these percentages with a pinch of salt as Blancco Technology Group sells mobile device diagnostic solutions, as well. So, a high failure rate may be profitable for them.
