The Chevrolet Volt has been around for years now and while some still consider it as one of the best fuel efficient models out there, it is not as popular as it once was and the Bolt might be the reason why.
While the Volt was fuel efficient, it will never be as fuel efficient as the new Bolt and since Chevrolet is not planning to give the Volt any major upgrade anytime soon, a lot of people felt like the Volt time might be over soon.
In September, Chevrolet only sold about 1453 units of the Chevrolet Volt, far from the amount that they were selling when the Volt was at its peak.
The same cannot be said about the Bolt. While things started out slow for the EV model as Chevrolet release the Bolt in stages, things are looking great for the new EV now as it was reported that Chevrolet managed to sell 2632 units of the Chevrolet Bolt last month.
With the Bolt being offered nationwide now, things will only get better for Bolt.
