Google’s Nexus 6 Door Has Been Shut

There isn’t any other device quite like the Nexus 6; it really was an impressive device that didn’t disappoint. Even the Nexus 6P and the Nexus 5, despite being pretty decent devices in their own way, couldn’t compare to the Nexus 6.

Nexus 6 users do not face issues such as boot loops, spontaneous cracks, battery drains, overheating tendencies or lags. This proves that the Nexus device is truly a reliable 6.0-inch pure Android device.

Unfortunately, the Nexus 6 is the only one of its kind and fans of the big display as well as amazing screen-to-body ratio will have no choice but to turn toward inferior alternatives; for example the Xiaomi Mi Max, Samsung Galaxy S9/Pro or the soon-to-arrive Galaxy C9.

Following the creation of the Nexus six-incher, Google resorted to making smaller phablets. The Nexus 6P measures at 5.7-inches while the Pixel XL is only 5.5-inches.

There simply isn’t any other way around this. Fans of the large pure Android device will have to sacrifice their attachment to pure Android and pursue other brands that can give them the big displays that they have fallen in love with.

  • Well there’s no reason I can’t just keep my Nexus 6. Or I can buy any of the thousands of them that are still for sale. They update to the latest Nougat OS, so I don’t see what the problem is yet.
