Here’s The Ford Mustang That Makes The 707hp Hellcat Eat Dirt

As Shelby American turns 50 years-old, the company launches a limited Anniversary Edition of its Super Snake to commemorate the occasion. This isn’t just another Mustang as this model may even crush the 707hp Hellcat.

This limited edition version boasts 670 horsepower from its own supercharged 5.0-liter V8 and for those speed-junkies, you could go for the optional supercharger that offers up to 750 horsepower.

Shelby claims that the all-new Super Snake can record a 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds and complete a quarter mile in just 10.9 seconds.

Dodge’s Challenger SRT Hellcat juices 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft torque from its supercharged 6.2-liter V8.

The Hellcat can hit 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds in auto mode while the manual mode requires 3.9 seconds. This may seem like a small difference when compared to the Super Snake but every speedster would know that every second makes a difference on the track.

This Mustang is ready to take on the Challenger SRT Hellcat. However, this may not shake Dodge that much seeing that it has an even more potent model up on its sleeves.
