More than a few automakers have taken advantage of CES and has used the event as a platform to show off some of their latest invention or tech. Hyundai was at the event this year where they showed off their new Hyundai Nexo FCV.
The Hyundai Nexo was introduced as a crossover that will be powered by a fuel cell engine. Hyundai also added that the vehicle will play an important part in their 18 eco-friendly vehicles by 2025 plan.
According to Hyundai, the new fuel cell-powered Hyundai Nexo will be arriving later this year. Besides getting the new engine, the vehicle will also be fitted with a few new tech like the blind-spot view monitor, lane following assist as well as the highway driving assist function.
The Hyundai Nexo will be offering about 160hp and 291lb ft of torque which will allow the vehicle to go from 0-60mph in 9.5 seconds. It also has a range of 370miles.
