Motorola does not have any devices that came equipped with Android 7.0 Nougat straight out of the box. However, this may all change in no time.
Recently, a Moto device was spotted at the FCC running on Android 7.0 Nougat. The device, dubbed Moto Cedric, comes with a few model numbers; XT 1670, XT 1671, XT 1675 and XT 1676. This indicates that there would be more than one variant to the device.
The FCC is the Federal Commission that handles wireless communications in the US. They are also the people in charge of approving devices before phone manufacturers can launch them.
The Moto Cedric is reported to be coming with 2GB RAM with 16GB or 32GB internal memory, LTE and fitted with a 2,800 mAh remvable battery unit.
The device measures at 144mm height and 72mm width which suggests that it would probably be sporting a display size around 5-inches.
There are still only bare minimum details on this device and with no indication if it would even be released in the US. But, it seems to be pretty evident that Motorola is working on an Android Nougat device for its 2017 line.
