Before Apple took over the industry with its iPhones, Nokia used to be the largest phone company in the entire world. Nothing could come to this manufacturer and its only rival was the Research in Motion by Blackberry.
However, after the iPhone arrived, the Nokia brand plummeted and it was so bad that Microsoft ended up buying over the company. Even then, the brand could survive and in 2016, HMD Global came into the picture.
This is the company that revamped the entire Nokia brand by producing Nokia-branded smartphones running on Android. We have already seen how great the Nokia 6 is and now, we’re hearing about the upcoming Nokia 8 and Nokia 9.
Based on the rumor mill, these devices are slated to be potent devices that will arrive with Android Nougat 7.0. These devices are also said to sporting 12MP selfie snappers along with a massive 24MP rear-facing camera.
That’s not all – the Nokia 8, expected to measure at 5.7-inches, is said to have Octa-core while the Nokia 9, at 5.5-inches, is pinned for the Quad-core Qualcomm processor.
Both these devices are rumored to comes with 6GB RAM mated to 64GB and 128GB internal storage with their batteries coming close to 4,000mAh.
Well, if these rumors turn out to be true, there’s no doubt that Nokia latest devices are powerhouses and they may even be forces to reckon with within the industry.
