Red Dead Redemption 2 is the next big game to come from Rockstar and the title is expected to make its debut early next year. The sequel to Red Dead Redemption promises a bigger map with more contents to offer and this gives it a prospect to replicate GTA 5’s success.
Speaking of GTA 5, it appears that the game will have a lot of influence on Red Dead Redemption 2 – including that of sales strategy. Take Two teased earlier today that Red Dead Redemption 2 is going to experience a lengthy delay for the PC platform.
Take Two revealed that the PC market is very important and this confirms Red Dead Redemption 2’s entry on the platform. However, the production firm warned that they won’t be committing to the platform at all.
This certainly sounds like GTA 5 all over again. Back then, Take Two anti-sell the PC version of GTA 5 by holding its release date hostage and the result is immense sales across all platforms.
If the above is to mean anything, Red Dead Redemption 2 will arrive on the PC at least a year after the console versions gets released.
