During the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, Renault displayed its newest ZOE E-Sport, sporting a 41kWh battery that is capable of 250-mile range. It also features a racy carbon fiber wide body along with big 20-inch alloy wheels.

The company shaved off its weight by removing its rear seat and merged carbon fiber with Kevlar during the construction period. This created an EV that weighs in at 3,086 pounds – even with its 992lbs battery unit!

This EV is fitted with a pair of electric motors that produces 460 horsepower and 472 lb-ft torque. The ZOE E-Sport takes merely 3.2 seconds to hit a 0-62mph with a 130mph top speed.

This ZOE will be able to destroy the Nissan Leaf as the latter is only capable of 110 horsepower with a range of 107 miles. That’s not all – the ZOE E-Sport even surpasses the 200hp Chevy Bolt.

The Nissan, as well as the Bolt, are lucky that the E-Sport is only a concept right now as there’s no doubt this Renault model will be digging deeper graves for them.
