The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge had a pretty rough year last year. Samsung had miscalculated its demand and ended up with a mass shortage in production. Many folks were robbed of their chance of owning this device.
Thankfully, it’s all changing in 2016. Now, everyone can own a Galaxy S6 Edge at a stellar price. A price tag that falls way lower than the $800 for the Galaxy S7 Edge.
With mere $150, you’ll be able to get a used unit online. The refurbished units are going for $400 on Amazon and for $50 more, you can get the device with a Samsung certified 12-month warranty if you purchase it from Samsung’s pre-owned device program.
Worried about software support? Well, don’t be. You would likely have an upper hand over those who had waited until March 2016 to experience the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Notice Samsung’s trajectory on the graph. It looks pretty obvious that, along with the Galaxy S7 duo, the Galaxy S6 and its Edge shadow will be receiving Android 7.0 Nougat soon. On top of that, Samsung has been hard at work on its security updates.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is also in plans to receive a cleaner and smoother interface with the help of the new Grace UX launcher, which first appeared in Note 7.
