For some time now, Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge users have been teased with the arrival of Nougat. It was supposed to have arrived late February but Samsung decided to postpone it for quality checking.

Thankfully, the delay isn’t long as a couple of SamMobile readers have reported that they have been seeing the new Android version on their Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge devices today. SamMobile received reports from the UK as well as other European countries such as Switzerland, Germany and Italy.

After Nougat fully rolls out for the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, there won’t be anymore Android version updates for the duo. However, no one knows when Nougat would arrive to the Galaxy S6 devices in the US.

This Nougat update will be weighing in at 1.3GB as it will be coming with a host of enhancements. This include the new Samsung Experience interface, which is much cleaner that before, and Samsung Cloud, a cloud-storage backup feature that gives user up to 15GB storage for free.
