Samsung Works Swiftly To Rectify S8 & S8+’s Issues

Although Samsung had sent out a software update to Galaxy S8 and S8+ device on April 21, many users have been complaining about an issue with Samsung’s Device Quality Agent (DQA).

These folks kept seeing a “DQA keeps stopping” notice and thankfully, Samsung hasn’t turned a deaf ear to this predicament.

The Seoul-based manufacturer has released a software update under the label “urgent” but this is a fairly small update measuring at only 1MB.

If you didn’t already know, Device Quality Agent is important for users to check their Wi-Fi quality on their Galaxy S8 devices. However, this particular problem seems to have only affected users in the US and Canada.
