It’s good news for all Samsung Galaxy Note 5 users as T-Mobile has just joined Verizon, Sprint and AT&T by kicking off the Android Nougat update to this model.

T-Mobile’s senior product manager, Desmond Smith, revealed that Android 7.0 Nougat for the phablet was approved on April 22, Friday and so, customers should begin seeing the update sometime this week.

That said, the update is now ready for download through Samsung Smart Switch for those who aren’t patient enough to wait for the OTA file to hit their device.

Although T-Mobile is the last major carrier to send out the update to its Note 5 customers, many users are simply glad that its arrival has been confirmed, rather than not arriving at all.

It’s expected that T-Mobile will be making the official announcement on the upcoming Nougat update via Twitter in a couple of days, prior to the rollout of the update.

That said, we want to know what kind of much-needed improvements are you expecting to see on your Samsung Galaxy Note 5 device?
