Besides the 2015 GMC Yukon XL, those driving GM’s fullsize SUVs such as the Cadillac Escalade ESV and Chevrolet Suburban have filed complaints to the NHTSA regarding the nauseating rides at speeds of 40 to 50mph.

Apparently, the drivers have reported suffering from dizziness, headaches and even ear discomfort, somewhat like an imbalance of pressure in the aforementioned vehicles. Some potential causes for this issue may be an off-kilter driveshaft, improperly balanced tires, or incorrectly bonded roof sheetmetal.

As of this point there have not been any recall plans by GM. Dealers have simply told customers that what they are feeling is normal. We don’t know if this inconvenience is regarded as dangerous by the NHTSA, which can push for recalls to be done.

Whether or not these unpleasant sensations have led to vomiting is not said, but it would be safe to say that they’ll need to ready a bucket in their vehicles.
