Chevrolet’s latest Camaro ZL1 is an amazing ride – especially since it’ll be the first to come with the 10-speed self-shifter that was co-produced with Ford.

Thanks to this addition, the Camaro ZL1 is even more potent than ever. With its top speed of 198mph which comes on par to the Chevy Corvette Z06, this Camaro ZL1 has been named as the fastest Camaro ever made.

On top of that, this machine is able to churn out 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of twist and it only needs 3.5 seconds to go from complete standstill to 60mph.

As impressive as that may be, it looks like Chevy will have to work harder if it truly wishes to beat its rival, Dodge. The Challenger SRT Hellcat was already a tough model to beat and now, with the arrival of the Demon, things just got a whole lot tense.

The 2018 Dodge Demon is capable of 840 horsepower and 770 lb-ft of torque and this beast merely takes 2.3 seconds to go from zero to 60mph!

There’s no doubt that Dodge has produced a force to be reckoned with and the Chevy Camaro ZL1 still has a lot of catching up to do.
