Owners of Tesla Model S and Model X has been venting on Twitter on irresponsible Tesla owners who leave their vehicles to charge at Superchargers and do not claim the vehicle in time when the charging is completed.
This has been blocking the station from being used by other owners who need to charge, too. Elon Musk, Tesla’s chief, responded by saying “Will take action,” to one owner’s complaint on the frustrating act.
There is still no news on what “action” will Musk take but many folks had suggested that the automaker should charge Tesla users a fee when their charging extends beyond a pre-determined level. This won’t be a difficult feat seeing the level of communication the company has with its consumers.
Judging from this situation, if there are already many inconsiderate Tesla owners at the moment, there are going to be plenty more when the Model 3 shows up. This is mainly due to its affordability and whether or not Musk can take action against many more of these sort of owners remains to be seen.
