It is all about the safety equipment and features now and Ford is dialing it up with their new Co-Pilot360, a new driver assist technology that will be offered as standard features on all of their new models.

The Co-Pilot360 is an automatic emergency braking system with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, lane keep assist, auto high beams, reverse camera and more. Ford is also looking to add the emergency braking system for when the car is in reverse so that it won’t run into anything when it is reversing. This will be mandated by the law starting May so we should see other automakers start offering it as well

We are expecting models like the Ford Focus, Ford F-150, the upcoming Ford Bronco and Ford Ranger to come with it and in the near future, models like the E-Series, F-650, and F-750 will also be given these additional safety features as standard features.
