The 2020 Mazda 6 will be coming in with a slightly higher price tag according to Mazda.
The Mazda Sport and Touring trims will come fitted with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that will be delivering about 187hp and 186lb ft of torque while the Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve and Signature will get the 2.5 liters turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will be offering 227hp, or 250hp depending on the gas.
There were also talks about Mazda offering a 2.2-liter turbodiesel engine, the same engine that is ditted with the CX-5 model but we will have to wait and see.
As for now, the Mazda 6 base model will come with a $24,000 price tag including destination charge which means it is now $200 more expensive. The same $200 price hike can be found on the other Mazda 6 trims options as well.
