Seat is not ready to give up on their Estate just yet as the 2020 Seat Leon ST was spotted getting tested out in the open.

While this is not the first time this vehicle was seen, it is the first time that the prototype was spotted with all its plastic cladding off showing us a little more of what the vehicle will have to offer.

What we see is an edgier looking Seat Leon ST model. Seat also fitted on fake exhaust holes in the rear diffuser to throw us off. Spy shots of the interior showed that the vehicle will get a free-standing infotainment system along with a gear selector and more buttons and knobs.

The vehicle will come riding on the MQB platform and will be offered with a mild-hybrid or plug-in hybrid powertrain. It is estimated that the vehicle will be shown off early next year.
