The 2020 Volkswagen Passat will be getting a refresh but instead of getting a higher price to match the upgrades, the 2020 model will come in with an even lower price tag.
We got to see the 2020 Volkswagen Passat at the 2019 Detroit Auto Show. Volkswagen will be offering up four trim options this time around. The base model will come with a set of 17inch alloy wheels, LED lighting, automatic headlights, 6.3-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, manual climate control, multi-function steering wheel and more. Safety features like the forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring system, rear-cross traffic alert and more will be offered as standard as well.
The SE model only the other hand will come with a chrome exterior trim, keyless entry, power-adjustable driver seat, heated front seats, leatherette upholstery and more.
The R0Line will get additional features like the sunroof, 19inch alloy wheels, body kit, shift paddles and more while the SEL will get the high-beam assist, power-adjustable passenger seat, heated rear seats, parking sensors, and more.
The base model will start off from $23,915.
