Toyota was at the LA Auto Show where they showed off the 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime plug-in hybrid model. Here is what we know right now.

The vehicle will be fitted with a plug-in hybrid engine that had about 302hp to offer. With the engine, it is said that it will only need 5.8 seconds to go from 0-60mph. The plug-in hybrid model consist of a 2.5-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine and some electric motors.

The RAV4 Prime will also be able to provide about 39miles of range when it arrives which is pretty impressive as some of their rivals were only able to offer 25miles of range on EV alone.

The RAV4 Prime will only be offered in the SE trim and is expected to arrive in the summer next year. Details like the price and other important details is still a mystery at this point.
