The Battlefield franchise titles usually do not use Roman numerals but which is why some fans found it odd that they would actually put the V instead of 5 this time around.

Well, according to the developer, the V is not just for 5 but V also means Victory. The phrase and sign were popularized by Winston Churchill and use often by the allies which is why they wanted to have it in the title.

The new game will be arriving on the 19th of October for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Fans can choose to purchase the standard version or the Deluxe version of the game. Getting the Deluxe version will mean that you get to play the game three days earlier than the rest.

We are hoping that we would also see more of the game at E3 this year. What are you loving about Battlefield V so far?
