Although the BMW X5 will no longer be the flagship model for BMW, it is clear that BMW has not forsaken it for the new BMW X7 yet.

We have already seen a few spy shots of the new BMW X5 but the new spy still has some new details to offer. Unlike the previous spy images, the new prototype was seen with less out of place parts.
It is clear that the taillight and part of the bumper are still not production ready yet but the rest of the body looks production ready. Based on what we can see, it looks like BMW has two models to offer, an M Sport model and maybe a more luxurious model.

The overall design still feels the same which is what we expect from BMW. Why change it when it still looks great right? Some people think that we might see a turbocharged 2.0 liter inline four engine under the hood but we will have to wait and see if that happens.
