Dragon Age Writer Ready For Something New

The writer behind some of the more popular games like Dragon Age and Star Wars RPG is ready to move on from BioWare as David Gaider announce that he will be starting a new studio with Liam Esler, the former developer from Obsidian in Melbourne, Australia called Summerfall Studios. So what can we expect to see from them?

According to them, the first game that the studio will work on is an “illustrated character-driven adventure” title and that is all they are willing to say about the game right now.

The new game will be funded on Kickstarter but they have not revealed any details or the funding target for the project just yet. What we do know is that the campaign will be going live on the 10th of October at 5.30 PM PT which is also when Gaider will be appearing at PAX Australia.

We are guessing that Gaider will be revealing a little more about the game that they hope to start working on and then launch the campaign.
