 -

Ford will be looking to fix up a lot of their vehicles as the automaker announces three recalls this week.

The first will be a safety recall for the Ford Transit here in North America. The recall will affect about 293,558 units in the US, 22,960 units in Canada and 2744 in Mexico. According to the reports, the driveshaft couplings on the Transit could crack leading to increase noise and vibration. This could also lead to separation fo the driveshaft and also damage to the other components including brakes, fuel lines and more. The models affected will be 2015 to 2017 models.

Ford will also be recalling the Ford Edge crossover in the US and Canada over a faulty seatbelt pretensioner anchors. The affected models were built at the Oakville Assembly plant.

The final recall will be for the Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs from 2019 as there might be an issue with the rear toe link fastener on the vehicle which is not tightened properly during assembly which could then to a crash.
