Google Assistant has enlisted Bon Appetit, The New York Times, Food Network along with a few other publications to help it become your perfect kitchen assistant.

Thanks to these new collaborations, the system can now access over five million recipes – making anyone a excellent chef in the kitchen!

There is no need for cookbooks with this new feature as everything can be accessed through the Google Assistant. And for those who enjoy listening to music while cooking, Google Home can give you the opportunity to listen to a recipe along with your favorite tunes.

This new update will be kicking off sometime this week so keep a look out for it. Google has made this seamless as there is no need to install anything to access these recipes as the feature will be automatically installed when it is available.

All you need to do is pick a recipe and turn on your Google Assistant on your Android device or Google search and locate a recipe.

Once you have selected a recipe, just select the “Send to Google Home” option and you can start cooking by saying “OK Google, start cooking/ start recipe.”
