Pixel owners who are registered under Android’s Beta Program have started seeing a stable version of Android 7.1.2 in Beta. This is good news following the problematic initial version of the update which frustrated users with multiple bugs including the malfunction of the fingerprint scanner.

The new update weighs at 31MB and comes under the build number NHG47K for Verizon users, N2G47J for Deutsche Telekom and N2G47E for all unlocked devices.

This Beta version is said to fix the Bluetooth issue, random battery shut downs as well as the camera problems. Aside that, 9to5Google also reports that the update rectifies the audio popping at high volume and enhances the fingerprint performance.

That said, since it is fairly new, we have yet to receive confirmation that this latest update indeed fixes all these frustrating issues that came with the first version.

If you have seen the Android 7.1.2 Beta update on your Pixel device, feel free to share your experience with us!
