With more automakers now focusing on offering crossover and SUVs, the remaining sedans that are in the market are getting a little more attention now.

It was reported that Honda got a 20% gain in sales numbers. The report added that while Honda did sell a lot of CR-Vs, Passport and HR-Vs, the one that had the biggest jump in sales was the Honda Civic which got a 26% increase in sales last month.

With so many reports claiming that sales for sedan have been dropping and that we are seeing automakers offer fewer sedan options now, it did start to feel like it was the end for the sedans but it looks like there is still demand for sedans.

Other non-SUV models like the Accord, Fit, and Insight also reported an increase in sales as some customers continue to look for cheaper and basic vehicles that are also reliable.
