As you already know, Jeep is currently working on a new pickup truck based on the beasty Wrangler. This Wrangler pickup is slated to make its official debut some time later this year but there is actually another model on sale currently.

This alternative model, called the Brute Wrangler Pickup, is based on the existing version of the Jeep Wrangler. American Expedition Vehicles, the people responsible for this model, have been heavily modifying it to look like a genuine pickup truck. The model is currently available for purchase for those who simply can’t wait for the real deal.

Well, if we were you, we would avoid this Brute Wrangler Pickup. It’s not that the model is bad or anything of that sort; it’s actually because this pickup truck could set you back about $42,000!

Try to stay patient for a little while longer and you’ll be able to enjoy a legitimate Jeep pickup truck for a much lower price than the Brute Wrangler Pickup. Perhaps it’s best to wait, for now.

Much lower price? A base Wrangler right now is just under 25K. If you take a look at what you’re getting with the Brute package compared to a stock Wrangler, there is a big difference in peformance and styling. Sorry buddy, you cannot compare the two much less compare it to a vehicle that has yet to be released and has no price point yet.
