As nice as the new Audi designs are, some people were not too happy that Audi decided to give most of their vehicles a similar design. While we do understand that they want their vehicles to look uniform, some of their design looked so similar that people often get the models mixed up.

To prevent that from happening in the future, Audi has announced that they are done with the repetition design process. They explained that one of the reasons why they did it in the first place was to make their vehicle more recognizable in new markets like China.

Now that they are comfortable with their position in the market, Audi is saying that they are working towards giving each of their cars a look of their own. Design Boss, Marc Lichte also added that the arrival of new electric powertrains will allow the designers to have more freedom with the design of their vehicles.

It will be interesting to see where Audi does from here in term of design.
