While FCA seems to be focusing their effort on the Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Jeep, they have not forgotten about Dodge yet.

Sergio Marchionne revealed that despite all the rumors, Dodge will still be an important part of their lineup here in the US. He also added that he thinks building more sedans is not going to be helpful but they think that there is still a role their sedans can play especially in the performance market.

That has led many to speculate that he might be talking about the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger which could be coming in with the same platform as the Giulia although it will be upgraded to meet Dodge’s need.

Of course, this is far from a confirmation but for the Dodge fans, this sounds like a good news for the Charger and the Challenger. What do you think? Does these model still have a place in the current market?
