Next-Gen Mercedes-AMG GT To Come As A Hybrid?

There is not a whole lot of information about the next-gen Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series right now but more details are coming in.

Autocar reported that the GT model will be coming in 2021 and will come powered by a 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 engine with some mild-hybrid technology and an EQ Boost starter-alternator like the one seen on the 53series of AMG models which will then further boost the performance of the vehicle although we do not know how much it will be offering.

It was also suggested that the Drift Mode could be offered on this model as well.

Besides getting more power, the GT is also expected to be lighter this time around as it will have a new aluminum architecture that is also more rigid than the architecture that it has right now
