The OnePlus 3T was unleashed about a year ago boasting a way better chipset, enhanced selfie-snapper, more battery backup as well as Gunmetal color option. This device is pretty phenomenal that many claim that nothing has come close to challenging it.
The OnePlus 3T, measuring at 5.5-inches, is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 with 6GB RAM. This device is fitted with a powerful 3,400mAh battery and it comes in either 64GB or 128GB storage versions.
This device is capable of producing stunning images with its 16MP rear-facing camera along with its equally capable 16MP front-facing camera. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, the device comes with a fairly affordable price tag as well.
Despite being quite a new device with pretty impressive specs, it appears that the device has been running out of fuel in some cases.
A survey through Android Central forums reveal that a OnePlus 3T user has been experiencing a frustrating issue with his device that keeps blacking out at random moments.
This usually occurs when he randomly browses through the web via his Tuga browser, a chromium based third-party browser. When the screen blacks out, he would wait for a while before touching the home button and the power button but nothing seems to fix it.
The user even tried putting the device, running on stock oxygenOS 4.0.3, in recovery mode but there was no progress there, either. He added that the battery was full when it happened so he can’t exactly pin this on the battery.
Well, if you are a OnePlus 3T user, have you experienced a similar problem? What could be the culprit here?
