Opel wants to make sure their Opel Corsa has something for everybody from the standard petrol and diesel engine to the electric options. Here is what the new Opel Corsa will be offering.
It was announced at the Frankfurt Motor Show that the Opel Corsa will come with an all-electric version right from launch. The Opel Corsa-e will be powered by a 50kWh battery pack that will allow the vehicle to offer about 134hp and will have a range of 205miles.
With the 100kW fast charging, the vehicle will need less than 30 minutes to charge up to 80%.
If electric is not your thing, there is still the standard engine option including the 1.2 liters three-cylinder engine that will offer 74hp, 99hp and 128hp and a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine that will be offering about 101hp. The engine will be mated to a five and six-speed manual transmission or the eight-speed auto depending on which engine you choose to get.
