The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 may be an aging device but many folks aren’t ready to give up on the device due to the device’s capabilities and reliability level that continues to amaze fans up till this day.

And now, it looks like there is another reason for folks to hang on to their device. Samsung and T-Mobile just recently kicked off an update for the Galaxy Note 4 as well as the Galaxy Note Edge.

Before you get your hopes too high, this isn’t the Nougat update but it is still a welcoming update as it brings the devices into Google’s March security patches.

Although Samsung and T-Mobile may be a little late with the update, considering the fact that we’re already in April, but hey, better late than never, right?

The latest update measures at only 128MB and the build number for the Galaxy Note 4 is N910TUVU2EQC1, whereas the Galaxy Note Edge’s update is N915TUVU2DQC1.

If you own a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or a Galaxy Note Edge, let us know if you have seen the update on your device!
