A new report claim that a Tesla vehicle has crashed into a fire truck in California this week. It added that the vehicle was traveling in semi-autonomous mode.

Nothing has been confirmed yet but the federal safety agency did tweet that they will be looking into the driver as well as the vehicle to determine the cause of the accident. This is not the first time the Tesla Autopilot system has been in question. The last accident happened back in May 2016 where the NTSB faulted Tesla and their Autopilot system.

Luckily, there were no injuries this time despite that fact that the vehicle was traveling at 65mph when it crashed into the fire truck. We have not heard from Tesla yet but Tesla has always stood by their Autopilot system claiming that despite its name, the drivers will still have to remain attentive and pay attention during the drive.
