Although the Toyota C-HR styling would suggest that the vehicle will give the Nissan Juke-R a run for its money, the Nissan Juke-R still has the performance advantage but that will change with the Toyota C-HR that Toyota brought to SEMA.

The Toyota C-HR R-Tuned model will be coming in with an upgraded engine and transmission to match the fierce exterior design. Under the hood is a 2AZ-FE engine that will be mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The engine will allow the vehicle to deliver about 600hp which means it will be delivering as much as the Nissan Juke R 2.0.

With the kind of power, the Toyota C-HR will only need 2.9 seconds to go from 0-60mph. Of course, as exciting as all these sounds, we can only dream of seeing the Toyota C-HR R-Tuned go against the Nissan Juke-R since it is highly unlikely that this will ever head into production.
