Owners of the Toyota Prius models have been begging Toyota to offer the vehicle with the Apple CarPlay support for years now and it looks like Toyota is finally ready to start offering it to them.

It was announced that the 2020 Toyota Prius will finally come with Apple CarPlay as standard on all trim levels. The new Prius owners will also be getting the Amazon Alexa but Android users will have to wait a little longer for the Android Auto to get added.

The hybrid model will also be getting the Safety Connect package now which will include the roadside assistance, automatic collision notification, stolen vehicle locator, emergency assistance and more.

Other than these new updates, the rest of the Prius will remain the same with the same engine powering it. The 2020 Toyota Prius is expected to arrive in a few weeks time.
